How PMPExamPrep handles your personal information under the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA).

What we collect

Your name, email address, exam date if you add one, your answers and mock results, and a record of your payments. PayFast processes your card or bank details; we never see or store them.

Why we collect it

To run your account, save your progress, give you the package you paid for, show your readiness, and help you when you ask for support. We do not sell your information or use it for third-party advertising.

Where it is kept

Your account data is stored with our database provider, Supabase, and the site is hosted by Vercel. Both apply industry-standard security. Some processing may take place outside South Africa under safeguards these providers maintain.

Your rights

You may ask to see, correct or delete your personal information at any time. Deleting your account removes your progress and ends any active package. To make a request, WhatsApp us on +27 66 286 0889.

How long we keep it

We keep your account while it is active and payment records for as long as tax law requires.
